Youth Athletic Development
At PEAK, our Youth Athletic Development program is a long-term development youth training program that is specifically designed to support the physical, psychological and social development of youth athletes. Specifically for youth and middle school athletes, this progressive program prioritizes foundational motor skills, mindset, fundamental movement patterns and skills. The ultimate goal of our Youth Athletic Development program is to lay the groundwork for elevated performance and long-term health, while bridging the gap between fundamental movement and sport-specific preparation.
Youth Foundational Development
This class builds the foundational motor skills and mindset to encourage a lifetime of physical activity and provides the best opportunity for athletic success. Athletes will be exposed to a wide variety of primary movement patterns to develop the motor control that is essential for more complex movements. This program fuels engagement and is structured to avoid psychological burnout and risk of overuse injuries associated with early sport-specialization.
1x/Week - $120/MONTH
2x/Week - $180/MONTH
Youth Performance Prep
This program introduces more advanced training concepts with an emphasis on the refinement fundamental movement patterns – squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, jumping and sprinting – while introducing resistance and movement variability exercises that improve motor control and adaptability.
1x/Week - $200/MONTH
2x/Week - $300/MONTH
Unlimited Sessions - $350/MONTH
